The 5th and 6th of March, the C'You partnership will hold its second project meeting in Segré (France). The meeting is hosted by Radar B and Envol (a training centre for low level skilled adults). During the meeting there will be  a lecture by Mr Patrick Martin-Mattera, a professor at the Catholic University of Angers about the prevention of violence of young people, which is the main topic of the project. Mr Martin will address different types of violence, the proximity executioner – victim and  the concepts of symbolic violence and victimization in a holistic approach. The French partner will present a compilatiçon of Best Practices collected by the partnership in France, Sweden, Romania, Italy, Austria, Denmark and Greece. The Greek Partner will organize an awareness campaign starting in March all over the countries of the partnership. The partners will also have the opportunity to exchange with trainers, social workers and decision makers. They will be welcomed at the Townhall by the Mayor of Segré. They will also discover the region and local specialities and culture.

From 13 to 14 March, the partnership Logic will hold its second project meeting in Malaga Spain. 

The meeting was held 17 - 18 November 2011 in Samsun (Turkey). 

LOGIC aims to exchange about the use of logic in adult education. The project will bring together educative practices linked to the 8 key competences of the EU . A framework will be drawn up to compare the practices. The aim will be to use them in the context of everyday life enhancing the professional skills of teachers for adults. The aim is to analyze and adjust each individual practice in the guise of ‘specialists in integration’ (trainers, counselors, social workers, etc) taking into account environmental demands as well as the national and European contexts The project will work on the development of innovative practices in vocational education and on recognition of qualifications and competences

The general objective is to shrink the gap in the use of logic in education by trainers of adults and to develop the logical capabilities of trainers.

The specific objectives are as following: to develop exchanges between practitioners and to confront their professional practices; to allow practitioners of vocational education to act as network actors , to collect practices and to check how to transfer them towards other publics (including other professionals in thefield of vocational education of adults)

The project will focus on the following elements: social and professional education watch, social engineering, network building, sensitization of stake-holders, particularly decision-makers and policy makers.

Other impacts are Professionalization, integration of holistic approaches, development of competences, intercultural approaches, language learning, etc

The place and dates of the next meetings are as following

Malaga, Spain – 13/14 March 2012

A round the table took place asking people for their immediate feelings about the meeting. All participants gave positive or even extremely positive comments with particular mention of improved understanding of the concept of Piaget and the project itself, optimism about the work to be done and great appreciation of the meeting organisation and the welcome in general of the Turkish partners.

The meeting was held in Voitsberg (Austria) 26^th-29^thof October with the participation of partners from Austria, France, Romania, Italy, Denmark and Greece. The project partners got to know each other and to discuss the activities and developments to be carried out during the next 2 years. The meeting also provided the opportunity to meet street workers and other stakeholders and discuss different topics related to the project with them.

The project is  supported by the DAPHNE III programme of the European Commission. 

The overall aim of “C You! – Communities preventing Youth violence” is to develop and implement preventative measures aimed specifically at the community level by integrating all groups of persons and organisations that are in close or more general contact with young people and have the opportunity to influence and / or interact.

C You! further aims to strengthen the roles of communities and support cooperation between the institutions at different levels (such as families, schools, youth centres, youth meeting/info points, counselling centres, sports clubs, hospitals, police but also street workers, trusted citizens and residents in general).

Target groups are

1. persons working with young people or with the motivation of guiding, influencing and supporting them with the aim of implementing preventative measures on a long-term basis
   
2. persons who have more unstructured social and cultural contacts with young people. These contacts happen mostly at their work place and are very often part of leisure time activities of young people (e.g. bar staff, salespersons). For this second target group the motivation for implementing preventative measures is more short-term, such as recognising risk situations and reacting quickly in order to avoid a situation escalating into violence.

 Coming next |

In the first project period all partners will collect good practices of prevention work from an educational perspective. They will describe the practice examples according to a matrix that was developed during the meeting in Austria and present the results at the next meeting in France.

2^nd transnational project meeting in Segré (France) from March 5-6 2012.

A big awareness campaign will be launched in March to reach and attract young people all over Europe and involve them in project activities such as youth events and European competition on the topic “youth and violence”.

En décembre les partenaires du projet Frojol se sont réunis à Citta di Castello en Italie. Ils ont pu revoir l'ensemble du management du projet, discuter les questions de développement et celles liées à la diffusion et à l'exploitation future. 

Constatant que beaucoup trop de salariés ne disposent pas d' un niveau de qualification suffisant pour un marché du travail européen solide et compétitif. Nous devons trouver des solutions astucieuses pour «motiver» plus de stagiaires, et leur offrir des possibilités pour réussir dans l'éducation, la formation et enfin le marché du travail. C'est pourquoi le projet Montessori sur l'apprentissage en situation professionnelle (FROJOL) permettra de transférer et d'améliorer la didactique innovante de Lingua Piu, le partenaire italien dans ce projet Leonardo da Vinci .

Le coordinateur du projet FROJOL est Landstede (NL). Les autres partenaires sont: GEFAS - Academy for Generations (AT), Politeknika Ikastegia Txorierri – HETEL (ES), RADAR – B (FR), Centrum Kstalcenia Ustawicznego w Sopocie (PL) et le partenaire italien déjà mentionné  Lingua Piú.

Résumé

Dans le monde européen de l'éducation la méthode de Maria Montessori est bien connue, mais jusqu'à aujourd'hui elle est utilisée avec le groupe cible de 4-16 ans. FROJOL veut utiliser les principes de base de cette méthode avec un nouveau groupe cible, les plus de 16 ans. En tant que consortium, nous nous concentrerons sur les apprenants actuels et futurs en matière d'EFP en tenant compte que chaque apprenant dispose de ses propres expériences d'apprentissage . Nous visons également un groupe d'apprenants qui devraient testés dans un cadre professionnel déclenchant l'acquisition d' une expérience professionnelle. Un groupe cible en risque d' échec ayant des difficultés pour accéder à l'EFP, pourrait être atteint par le projet, car ils pourraient développer des objectifs personnels et accessibles au sein du cursus proposé.

Les enseignants de plusieurs secteurs de l'EFP sont le groupe cible direct dans le projet FROJOL.

Nous projetons de:

Concevoir une nouvelle méthodologie de formation pour un nouveau groupe cible sans créer une école Montessori pour la Formation professionnelle.

Former les formateurs dans une conception d’apprentissage intégré.

Piloter la méthode en situation professionnelle sous la forme de stage en entreprise.

Valoriser les résultats à travers des réseaux locaux, régionaux, nationaux et internationaux

Le consortium a pour objectif également d’adapter la méthode à des groupes à risque.

Notre projet contribue à la priorité européenne pour soutenir la formation initiale et continue des enseignants de l'EFP, formateurs, tuteurs et les institutions de l'EFP. Et comme ce projet est appliqué dans les Pays-Bas nous contribuons également aux priorités nationales telles que l'éducation continue innovante en mettant en œuvre des moyens concrets et novateurs pour la formation en milieu de travail pour les futurs salariés et la professionnalisation des enseignants dans I'EFP.

Pourquoi l’ Europe

La combinaison des connaissances transnationales de nos différents pays nous permet une organisation efficace de l'apprentissage et la possibilité de diffuser largement nos connaissances pour les groupes cibles et des bénéficiaires. Grâce à la décision d'exploiter la méthode de par le biais de l'apprentissage en ligne des enseignants et formateurs de toute l'Europe peuvent participer au projet.

Ce projet a donc un potentiel élevé en facilitant les interactions entre les institutions européennes en raison de l'utilisation des médias sociaux comme outils de diffusion. Les partenaires européens dans et en dehors du consortium auront la possibilité de transférer les connaissances à partir des Pays-Bas vers leur pays. Le développement d'une stratégie commune sera pertinente sur des régions spécifiques pour l'utilisation de cette méthodologie innovante pour l'apprentissage tout au long de la vie.

Quel impact espérons-nous?

FROJOL fournira une nouvelle méthode pour l'apprentissage en situation professionnelle, en offrant la possibilité d'attaquer la question des jeunes non qualifiés et en décrochage scolaire. Un rapport international, la comparant les qualifications nationales, pourrait aussi ouvrir des possibilités pour des partenariats avec en étudiant la mobilité et son impact sur le niveau de la formation professionnelle dans les pays du consortium, ce qui est aussi important pour lesPays-Bas, puisque les étudiants peuvent déjà utiliser les possibilités de mobilitéd'étude aux Pays-Bas.
